Requirements for being a HomeTender:

· Professional and Responsible
· No pets/No smoking
· Have attractive furnishings/décor
· Must cooperate with realtor showings
· Background/criminal check
· Credit check
· References
· Must be flexible and easy to work with
· Be ready to move when home sells
· Keep home in “model” home condition
· Our Home Tenders maintain contents insurance and a liability policy that covers the full value of the home
· We do bi-weekly announced and unannounced visits to make sure the home is  in tip-top shape
